Isaac became part of Toucan Rescue Ranch in April 2021, starting as a volunteer and soon taking on the role of Tour Guide, where he remains dedicated to environmental education.
 
From Southern Costa Rica, he is currently pursuing a degree in Biology with an emphasis on Tropical Biology.

As the Animal Husbandry & Volunteer Coordinator, Isaac oversees the care of the animals, including their diets, cleaning, enrichment, and training.

His focus is on providing exceptional care to the Sanctuary’s residents and addressing the impacts of human actions on wildlife.

Biography

Isaac joined Toucan Rescue Ranch in April 2021, beginning as a volunteer and advancing to Tour Guide, where he continues to promote environmental education. Originally from Southern Costa Rica, he is studying Biology with a focus on Tropical Biology. As the Animal Husbandry & Volunteer Coordinator, Isaac manages the animals' care, including their diets, cleaning, and enrichment, dedicated to improving their quality of life and mitigating human impact on wildlife.
